Amy Krueger
LPCC, LCMHC, PMH-C
With a background in Environmental Education, Outdoor Recreation, and Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Amy brings over 15 years of experience in various therapeutic settings. Her expertise includes managing depression, anxiety, postpartum issues, parenting challenges, chemical dependency, self-esteem, life transitions, trauma, and grief. Amy’s approach emphasizes personal exploration and growth, aiming to help participants connect with their inner strength and authenticity.

Cameron Richardson
MA, RSMT
A somatic movement therapist and expressive arts educator, Cameron focuses on strength-based, non-judgmental approaches to therapy. Specializing in trauma, anxiety, and depression, Cameron uses mindful movement and expressive arts to help clients build self-regulation, resilience, and vitality. She emphasizes body awareness and internal sensations, guiding participants to find wisdom, insight, and healing within themselves.
